We want you to achieve the best sleep possible with your Ozlo Sleepbuds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a processing credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the return process and receive your authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Sleepbuds, charging case, and cables into the original box to ensure the electronics are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned unit, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
